2. Hosting and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting server processes technically required data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. This is done to provide a secure and stable website based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Technically necessary cookies and sessions

Technically necessary session data is used for language settings, login, security and portal functions. No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are integrated.

4. Contact form

When you send a request, we process your name, contact details, company, request type and message to respond and, where applicable, prepare a contract. The request is stored in the internal staff dashboard.

5. Customer and staff portal

For accounts, projects, invoices and support tickets, we process master, contact, contract, project and billing data. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.

6. Invoice and business data

Invoices and tax-relevant records are retained in accordance with statutory commercial and tax obligations.

7. Recipients

Data is only available to persons who need it for processing, project delivery, support or billing. Technical service providers may be used under data processing agreements.

8. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data transmission should take place exclusively via HTTPS.
